Most Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SME's) lack corporate planning departments and are operationally focused resulting in lack of strategic planning. We bridge this gap by helping you think through critical strategic issues of vital importance reducing long term risk and increasing financial reward. We provide most of these services online and make use of our online properties to bring in potential partners, advisors, investors, employees and customers. Hare are some issues to consider:
What specific problem is being addressed by the company? Is the problem clear, focused, intense and widespread?
How extensive is the problem? Is it local, statewide, regional, national or global in scope?
What is the solution to the problem? Is the solution clear, specific, cost effective, efficient and scalable?
What is the quality of the solution? Does the solution address the full problem effectively and efficiently and can it be easily used by customers to derive results?
Is the solution scalable and broad based? Can it be quickly deployed without many resources and does it apply to other industries/verticals?
Who is the competition? How does the solution differ from competition? How will the company maintain this advantage?
What stage is the solution in? Is it in idea, design, development, project, product or operations stage?
Is the solution a product, product bundled with service or just a service? Products are scalable, need lots of capital and take time to develop. Services are not scalable, need little capital and time to deploy.
What is the customer profile? Who typically will buy the product, why, when, how and at what price?
What is the marketing channel? How does one introduce, market and sell the product to customers?
What is the customer support mechanism? How does one ensure successful deployment, maintenance, use and upgrade of the product by customers?
